Founded in 1996, based in Washington DC with an additional office in Seattle, Washington.
What is your primary product or service?
We manage the complexities of any design and construction program with the precision, capability and focus for which the firm is known.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Mr. Anderson was a founding principal of a top twenty Washington D.C. based general contracting firm and, subsequent to sale of the firm, worked as a consultant to owners, contractors and designers. Mr. Anderson is an acknowledged leader in the industry and is known for his ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions. He has directly managed over $400 million in base building and tenant construction for private industry and government. Mr. Anderson is active in his community, is a competition rower and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves (1980-1983).
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a firm of only senior staff, Mark G. Anderson Consultants offers clients a unique advantage. It is the advantage of benefiting from the knowledge and advice of veterans of the design and construction industry who each contribute more than twenty years of experience in the local, national and international marketplace.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two locations in Washington DC and Seattle, Washington. We are always considering expansion.
